Yesterday, I went to my first media tasting event and was really humbled by the experience. I've always wondered how those *big time* bloggers attend these type of events and have always wanted to attend one. I got invited to a media dinner at Cultivation Kitchen in the Anaheim Packing District and can now say that I attended one.
Everything that Cultivation Kitchen embodies is right up my alley. These days, I've been focusing on my health for the long term. People can get caught up with various diets to lose weight but for myself, I care about eating nourishing foods for a healthy and long life and Cultivation Kitchen crafts "creative, delicious and healthy meals" for people who are passionate about good food, health, and the planet.
You can tell that everything was thoughtfully created (and that Dale, the owner and founder, truly cares) by the attention to detail in the dishes and greenhouse space; yes, a restaurant located in a greenhouse - innovative, purposeful, and fun.
Cultivation Kitchen uses high quality ingredients with superfoods sprinkled in their dishes, which everyone can appreciate. The dishes are new and inspiring and encourages you to try new foods with others you love by spending time gathering and enjoying delicious food.
For myself, I believe in consuming single ingredient foods (most of the time) to eliminate unprocessed foods from one's diet and you can see that here in a mouth-watering sample dish you can try for yourself if you visit Cultivation Kitchen.
There's a lot to choose from when dining at Cultivation Kitchen. There are starters such as crushed avocado and sunflower hemp hummus. Some of the breakfast offerings on the weekend include smoothies, bowls, and mimosas; blood orange ricotta pancakes?! Definitely worth the trip back on the weekend! Lastly, Cultivation Kitchen offers various protein options such as organic chicken, tofu, grass fed steak, and sustainable salmon so people with different preferences can eat at Cultivation Kitchen without worry.
Doesn't that look breathtaking? *drools* Everything was so amazing that I'm planning my next trip to try everything else I didn't get to taste. There is ample street and venue parking options in the Anaheim Packing District. The dishes are affordable ranging from 10 to 12 dollars. The location is conveniently located in Downtown Anaheim; if you want to host a private event, you can do so at Cultivation!
Their hours from Monday to Thursday are 5 to 9 PM, Friday 5 to 10 PM, Saturday 8 to 10 PM, and Sunday 8 to 8 PM (breakfast runs from 8 to 2).
The address is 350 S. Anaheim Blvd. in Anaheim, CA. You can reach them at (714) 603 - 7076. Visit their website at cultivationkitchen.com to learn more about this new and exciting concept or email them at info@cultivationkitchen.com
Thank you so much to Ajenda PR and Cultivation Kitchen for inviting me and for hosting this event! I am grateful and honored to have been a part of this event and look forward to exciting updates about Cultivation in the future.
