Bad to the Bone (Broth)

Writer's picture: TiffiTiffi

Was working with yellow lighting. Please go easy on me.

Bone broth. The latest trend in the health industry. I first heard about bone broth while watching a YouTube video; it mentioned about the health benefits of drinking bone broth and I never heard about bone broth until then. I know there's such thing as chicken or beef broth or stock but not bone broth. If you haven't heard of bone broth, I'll give you a quick rundown - you take bones and simmer it with other healthy stuff for a long amount of time (20+ hours). Pretty self explanatory but Kettle and Fire takes it to another level.

If you haven't heard of Kettle and Fire, you've been living under a rock; Kettle and Fire makes the best bone broth out there. They use marrow bones from pasture-raised, grass-fed and finished cattle. Mix that with some water and organic ingredients such as bay leaves, carrots, celery, onion, parsley and thyme, rosemary, acv, black peppercorn and sea salt and you've got the best tasting bone broth in the market.

It's really to use and so nutritious and comforting after a long day. I didn't have beef to add in my case but if I did, I would. Here, I added mushrooms, spinach, celery and carrots. No seasoning needed as the broth itself is so flavorful - in fact, you can drink the broth on its own!

Here are a few of the benefits of Kettle and Fire's bone broth:

- 6 g of protein

- 10 g of collagen (great for hair, skin, and nails)

- Paleo

- Keto

- Whole30

- Rich in amino acids

- And so many more!

Use bone broth (chicken or beef) in any of your favorite recipes or use it as a great base for an abundance of soups. Try it today!

Thank you so much to Kettle and Fire for letting me try bone broth for the first time!
