Ciao, belli! I'm talking to the fruit spread here, not you. Just kidding. ;D
I'm in euphoria with the unexpected pairing of fig and bananas. We're not going to talk about my banana chocolate bread here - that's for another post. Today, we're talking about Rigoni di Asiago's Fiordifrutta Organic Fruit Spread Fig. I loved eating figs when I was a child and haven't had one in ages. That changed today. I decided to try some and knew it would be a perfect match. You would not think both flavors would work together but they pair perfectly. What I love about this (well, all of their spreads) spread is that it's organic, non-GMO, gluten free, and Kosher.
I also want to throw in how well this spread holds up. Some other jams, jellies, chutneys and the likes don't get the texture right but Rigoni di Asiago's Fiordifrutta Organic Fruit Spread holds up really well and it would spread so easy on toasted breads, bagels, or whatever you please. Also, if you like to count macros, these macros align with all of the necessities of healthy and clean eating.
Grazie to Rigoni di Asiago per the opportunity to try some of their delicious products!
