Grain-Free February with Siete Foods

Can't resist chips!

If you know me, I can finish a whole bag (big or small) in a short amount of time. I've always seen Siete at my local Sprouts Farmers Market grocery store and have been intrigued to try their offerings as their tortilla chips are grain free. For February, I've been *mostly* grain-free due to some things I read online about grains and wanted to see if cutting out grains will change how I'm feeling and my skin.

Siete Foods offers hot sauce, grain-free tortillas, queso and dip, and chips. Today, I'll be featuring the nacho flavor of the grain free tortilla chips.

I never tried or heard about a nacho flavor tortilla chips so I was expecting a ton of flavor in the chip and this didn't disappoint. First, I loved the weight and the texture of the chip; not too heavy nor too light. Sturdy enough for your favorite salsa, guac, queso or dip. It was very hard not to eat one but just to let you know, by the end of the day, the bag was gone.

Today, I ate a salad with a base of kale, brussel sprouts, radicchio, broccoli and cabbage with my famous corn, bean and tomato salsa on top. I made a simple avocado dressing that I massaged the salad with. I ate chips as a side but the chips would also be amazing if they were crushed and sprinkled on top of the salad to give it an extra crunch.

For their other flavors, they carry sea salt, lime, no salt, fuego, ranch, and sal y lemon. If you decide to pick up their products on their website (www.sietefoods.com), you're in luck because they offer free ground shipping on all orders!

What are you waiting for? Discover your new favorite tortilla chips by tasting one of the many flavors of tortilla chips that Siete has to offer!

Thank you so much to the Siete family for letting me try your delicious and addicting tortilla chips!
