Okay. Can we give all the awards to these pork rinds?
I'm partially Filipino and in the Philippines, chicharron is a popular snack and I have had the pleasure of trying freshly made chicharron and most of the brands because pork rinds are truly one of my favorite snacks when I was growing up - I had them all the time after school.
Fast forward to today, I barely snack on pork rinds because I've tried almost all the Filipino ones in my local supermarket and the other kinds I've had aren't that great.
