When you look at this, you may be thinking that this should go under "Recipes" and not "Reviews" because y'all want chocolate chip cookie recipes - yes? Today, we're going to detail about Primal Kitchen so the recipe will come another day. If you're wondering what's that blob on the left side of the photo, that was me trying to be artistic and have spilled avocado oil but it didn't turn out as I pictured in my head. The strawberries make up for it though.
I love chocolate chip cookies and I'm always looking for alternatives and ways to make baking healthier and I decided to swap my normal oil to Primal Kitchen's California Extra Virgin Avocado Oil. What I love about this oil is that it's paleo (yay!), non GMO (double yay), vegan (yay), keto (YAY), and cold pressed. Besides these attributes, it's extra virgin and whole 30 approved. Avocado oil is a great way to get in healthy fats and is fantastic as a base for salad dressings. Primal Kitchen has a lot of other goodies that are healthy alternatives for your favorite pantry products. Love what they're doing and what is in store for them in the future!
Thank you so much to Primal Kitchen for the sample!
