Staying Cozy and Relaxing

One of my favorite pasttimes besides eating food is relaxing at home. I love staying at home in bed and going on my laptop and surfing the web. When I'm online, I go on YouTube, check email, do some online browsing, and some research. If I feel like it, I'll be productive and clean out my laptop of stuff I don't need but that's on the rare occasion.


At night, before I go to bed, I journal. I have two journals. This is one of them and I picked it up from Marshall's and it's so cute. It is called Thought A Day Journal. It essentially has a small page to write whatever you want for the day and has a quote on the top. I look forward to reading the quote of the day because not only are they enlightening, but they are also inspiring. It doesn't take too long to journal and it's a quick and easy way to wind down after a long day.


My beverage of choice either in the morning or in the evening is a nice tea. I used to only drink it in the morning but I try to drink it in the evening to help me wind down and relax. It really helps if you have a tea that's caffeine free to help you sleep and not be up all night. I know I need that. Today's choice is a coconut flavor from Mighty Leaf - one of my favorite companies that make a wide variety of flavors that are of the highest quality.
