Zoodes for dayz.

I don't know if it's just me but I've seen a recent increase in people changing diets. There's tons of them out there but there's one that I see that's really popular and that's Whole30. If you don't know what Whole30 is, it's basically cutting out certain foods (sugar, legumes, dairy and grains) for 30 days and see the change it does to your body and ultimately your life because adopting a diet long term is a lifestyle change.

Another trend that's been gaining a lot of traction within the past year is the idea of food delivery services. A lot of them involve preparing the meals yourselves with ingredients brought to you at your doorstep. Then, there's some that are delivered already prepared and all you have to do is heat up and enjoy. Model Meals brings the best of both together.

Model Meals is not a subscription service, which I'm all for because I don't want to be tied into something; I want to be able to choose what I please and Model Meals allows for that flexibility with ordering and their variety of food. My whole blog is based on things being easy and simple and Model Meals align with that concept as their whole system is so streamlined that making this lifestyle change using Model Meals might be the easiest thing when it comes to Whole30. Also, they adopt the use of local and organic products so you know that what you're eating is of the highest quality.

Let's check out this image above of a healthy but filling meal. It's zucchini noodles with meat sauce with some pressed juice from Pressed Juicery. The flavor of the juice is Greens 3, which contains kale, spinach, parsley, cucumber, celery, apple, lemon and ginger. The real star is the dish; it was my first time trying zoodles and it was really good. I try to eat as paleo as possible and I love pasta; making the switch to zoodles will be something I'll be doing soon. The meat sauce is of the highest quality and the flavor complements the zoodles very well. Model Meals delivers twice a week with two sets of menus. Currently, they serve in the Southern California area and the Bay Area. Check them out if you want a no-fuss way of healthy eating and living!

Disclaimer: Model Meals sent me free product in exchange for review. Thank you to Model Meals for this amazing opportunity!
